Graduate of Prudential California Realty eight-week long New Agent Training program and their six-week long Commercial Real Estate training program. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers of residences, I also handle business opportunities and real estate related investments. In 2009 I successfully placed two real estate investments, one for $200,000 and the other for $175,000, on behalf of my clients; including all due diligence, review of the promissory note, deed of trust and all other documentation, and drafted the guaranty agreement, etc.

Principal of litigation law firm. Complex and varied civil, real estate and business disputes litigated from inception through trial. Cases have included many contract disputes, litigation over "deficiency judgment" against guarantors of a secured real estate loan after non-judicial foreclosure, employer liability for employee assault, enforcement of option to purchase real estate, product liability defense of a leading manufacturer of manufactured housing, personal injury claims, commercial evictions, stockholder and partner disputes, disputes over the dissolution of various businesses, insurance bad faith, boundary disputes, and claim to profit participation in television "movie of the week".

May 1990 to November 1992: Barab & Hart

Responsible for litigating a wide assortment of business and entertainment industry disputes from beginning to end, including supervision and training of junior attorneys.

January 1983 to April 1990: Gustlin, Golob & Bragin

Partner from January 1988; associate from January 1983 through December 1987. Progressive expertise achieved in all facets of sophisticated and busy nineteen-attorney business and litigation law firm, including all law and motion matters, all discovery matters, binding and non-binding arbitration, and jury and court trials. As a partner additionally responsible for the recruitment, training and supervision of litigation associates.
